Clarke & Severn Electronics is a privately held company. We share the worldwide concern that gold, tantalum, tungsten or tin (Conflict Minerals - as defined in "Section 1502 of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act, as well as California Senate Bill 861" in our supply chain.) mined in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) or adjoining countries may be making their way into the electronics supply chain. 

As a reseller and cable & product assembly service provider, Clarke & Severn Electronics does not directly procure tin, tungsten, tantalum or gold, nor do we report to the US Securities and Exchange Commission. CSE is not subject to US requirements (including those in the Dodd-Frank Act) or the recently published EU Conflict Minerals Regulation, as we are not a US Entity. However, we would like to observe the spirit of those rules in support of our customers who are manufacturers and public companies. In order to provide our customers with the information they require, we have polled our suppliers regarding their Conflict Minerals policies. The results of that polling is shown below, but they offer a preliminary indication that our supply chain does not knowingly contribute to human rights violations in the DRC. .

We have provided a list of all our suppliers (see below) with links to their Conflict Minerals Policies/Statements. Clarke & Severn Electronics make every effort to audit our supply chain to assure our customers that their products contain no conflict minerals, but we are reliant on the information as supplied to us.
