Trade - Delivery/MOV and Packaging/Handling Fees [Go Back] [HOME]

  • Minimum Order Values

    Applies to all orders placed by email, fax or telephone with the Clarke and Severn Electronics Sales Department (Does not apply to orders placed on the Clarke and Severn webshop – www.cseonline.com.au)

    • Components:  $50 (excluding GST)
    • Cable Assembly: $100 (excluding GST) per line item

    Packing/Handling Fees

    Standard Orders

    • All orders over $50 (excluding GST) will be delivered FIS (free into store).
    • A Processing fee of $15 plus GST will be applied to all orders under $100 (excluding GST)

    Scheduled Orders

    • Scheduled drops over $100 (excluding GST) will be delivered FIS (free into store).
    • A Packing and Handling fee of $15 plus GST per drop will apply to scheduled drops under $100 (excluding GST)

    Note: These Delivery Fees will be applied at the discretion of Clarke and Severn Electronics.

    Delivery

    After receipt of an order it takes 1-3 working days to process, pick and despatch an order providing the merchandise is in stock, otherwise the stipulated lead times apply. 

    Within Australia

    Generally, parcels up to 5kg for delivery within Australia will take 1-3 business days to major metropolitan areas, however delivery to a remote location may take up to 5-8 business days. Larger parcels will be sent by road.  The estimated time allowance is determined by the shipping carrier as per their schedule and is not controlled or estimated by us. Delivery commences from the time of pick up and may be subject to delays from causes beyond our control.

    International

    International deliveries will usually be shipped with UPS or customer courier (preferred Couriers are UPS or FedEx). Webshop orders are directly linked to Australia Post Express Post International and all delivery schedules are determined by Australia Post.

    Damages or Losses

    We do not accept responsibility for damages or losses, consequential or direct of any kind resulting from failure to deliver as quoted. In all offers the products & services are subject to prior sale.
